Bowling for Columbine

a) Michael Moore's thesis in Bowling for Columbine is that the governments actions of violence affect the behaviour of young people.
 b) He supports this by using irony(such as interveiwing a man talking about peace and help for young people while standing in a factory making weapons), showing the actions of young people using guns and bombs, and showing graphic images of violence from the government that teens will have seen and heard and thought was ok. He interveiwed two guys from a small town who were talking about how they had a reputation because they were from that town but Moore got more out of them. They admitted that they had problems and one of them made bombs.
